We want you to be happy with your purchase from Dar Al-Noor. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In their original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used perfumes
• Worn abayas or thobes
• Incense products that have been opened
• Any item marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us through our Contact Us page with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you want to return
• The reason for the return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges
